Ruby is a HighPark micro miniature with a super chill temperament—but don’t let the calm fool you. When it comes to food and personal space, she’s the boss, and she makes it known. She carries herself like a true herd leader, always calling out and keeping the rest of the cows together and moving as a group. Born January 24, Ruby has a special start: she was an embryo baby and was fully weaned from her mom, growing into a confident, independent little cow. She’s a big, chunky girl with lots of presence—white-coated with a red-tipped nose, plus red-tipped markings and spots that make her stand out in the pasture.
